Cate Gutowski’s mission is to proactively lead the global transformation of sales at Panasonic Avionics. Prior to this, Cate served as vice president, GE Commercial and Digital Thread, where she led the company’s effort to transform how GE’s global sales force utilizes technology to drive customer success across all GE businesses. In that role, she guided teams that were innovating new technologies in artificial intelligence, machine learning and predictive analytics to drive productivity, and enhance the customer experience. She also led GE’s global leadership through storytelling initiative, “If You Can See It, You Can Be It.” Previously, Gutowski held corporate general manager and operational leadership roles for a variety of GE businesses in the United States and Europe.

In his 8th season with the team, Phil oversees sales and service strategy and execution for the franchise’s most prominent revenue streams including all ticket and hospitality products, with a focus on retaining the loyal customers that have led to a sold-out, multi-year waiting list for the team’s most valued premium inventory and a current sellout streak of over 60 straight games in the new Golden 1 Center.

Joe Plubell is Senior Vice President, Global Strategic Accounts, for Black & Veatch. In this position, he is charged with directing the key offerings of the company in energy, water and telecommunications to a group of targeted global clients. He also has responsibility to ensure overall sales effectiveness and process for all of the Black & Veatch operating businesses. Prior to this assignment, he served as head of Energy Sales & Marketing for eleven years where he led a global sales force accountable for meeting ambitious new business objectives in power generation, power transmission and oil & gas markets.

Gary Robbins has over 15 years of experience designing, developing and executing customized integrated marketing solutions for Fortune 500, midsized and emerging companies. Gary currently leads a department of near 50 sales & marketing professionals that develop and manage 11 four-to-five day executive events, over 30 annual webinars, close to a dozen online newsletters, multiple road shows and much more in support of over 100 clients. These programs have consistently been recognized in the marketplace as “best-in-class” based on the “break the mold” innovative format, executive clientele and integrated offering.
